Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the item/s in your order, we will accept the return of the item/s in exchange for another item/s or credit note within 14 days of purchase. The return / exchange must be carried out in accordance with the following returns procedure and meet the criteria:


The purchaser must contact Kamaji Exchange via email to agree to exchange or return, you must notify us within 14 days of purchase.


If you choose to exchange your item for something new please include a URL Link to the item within your email so that we can take it off the site for you.


All returns must be in the original condition, unused and undamaged as determined by Kamaji Exchange. All items have the swing tag attached, if this tag is removed then the return will be void.


Please note that ANY return will only be granted a credit note/exchange. No cash refunds will be offered unless the item arrives with you damaged and not as seen on the listing . All our items are pre-loved and therefore means we can not guarantee to be free of any marks or defects, please see the photos to inspect the garment. Any major defects we will list in the listing of the item/s.  


If you request a return, please email, quoting your order number and clearly stating ALL reasons for the return within initial contact stating the reason for return. Any items returned to us in an unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a exchange and will be returned to sender – a cost will be incurred to do so.

Please note: All these conditions must be met in order to qualify for a return. If these conditions aren't met, then Kamaji Exchange holds the right to decline a return.
